Project description:
This research is designed to test people’s reactions to various types of magazine advertisements. Participants will complete one computer-based task and then two separate questionnaires.
No extra credit is available for this study, given that only male participants are needed. Participants who opt provide their email address will be part of a drawing for a $20 gift card at the end of the semester.

Who may participate:This study is open to students. You must be 18 or older to participate.
This study requires in-person participation. Participants will need to come to the psychology lab (017 Taylor Hall) to take part in the study. Sessions will take approximately 10-15 minutes. The purpose of this research is to better understand how a childhood trauma in an adult defendant’s life would affect a juror’s ruling on that adult defendant. Participants will read a series of webpages and respond to questions regarding the reading.
